Our Company’s accountability for personal data that it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles.
In particular, Workify, Inc. remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless our Company proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
4. Your Access to and Updating of Personal Information
You may correct, update, modify, delete or deactivate your personal information by contacting:

Our Company will provide reasonable access to your personal information within 30 days at no cost to end-users and customers upon request made to the contact information provided above. If access cannot be provided within that time frame, our Company will provide the requesting party a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, our Company will provide an explanation as to why access has been denied.
Workify, Inc. acknowledges that EU and Swiss individuals have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. An EU individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct their query to email@example.com. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Our Security Measures to Protect your Personal Information
Our Company uses industry-standard technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged between our Company and you to help ensure its security.

it might collect your user ID or email address so that we can correlate application issues with specific end-users.

We will make a reasonable effort to link only to sites that meet similar standards for maintaining each individual's right to privacy. However,

Workify, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework,
as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use,
and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland.
Workify, Inc. has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security,
Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability.

If there is any conflict between the policies in this Privacy Statement and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles will govern.
This Privacy Statement outlines our general policy and practices for implementing the Principles, including the types of information we gather,
how we use it and the notice and choice affected individuals have regarding our use of and their ability to correct that information.

Our Company may be held responsible in cases of onward transfers to third parties.

alteration and destruction. Our Company has put in place appropriate physical,
electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure,
alteration or destruction. However, our Company cannot guarantee the security of Personal Data on or transmitted via the Internet.
Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation. We shall only process Personal Data in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual.

If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed,

Workify, Inc. has further committed to cooperate with EU data protection authorities and
the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner and comply with the
advice given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from the
EU and Switzerland in the context of the employment relationship. If your complaint is not
satisfactorily addressed, and your inquiry or complaint involves human resource data, you
may have your complaint considered by an independent recourse mechanism: for EU/EEA
Data Subjects, a panel established by the EU data protection authorities (“DPA Panel”), and
for Swiss Data Subjects, the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner
(“FDPIC”). To do so, you should contact the state or national data protection or labor
authority in the jurisdiction where you work. Workify, Inc. agrees to cooperate with the
relevant national DPAs and to comply with the decisions of the DPA Panel and the FDPIC.
The services of EU DPAs are provided at no cost to you.
Please note that if your complaint is not resolved through any of the above channels, under limited circumstances,
a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel.
